Grill-it-yourself Korean beef sirloin and kkakdugi fried rice at Daedo Sikdang

Self-paid. The blogger paid for this visit.

The original branch of a long-running hanwoo beef house near the Majang meat market, in a bright hanok-style dining room. You grill thick cuts of fresh sirloin yourself, then the staff fry rice with radish kimchi in scallion oil on the same grill.

파로 기름을 내는 이러한 디테일 때문인지 별거 없어 보이지만, 별거 있는 볶음밥 맛이에요

Maybe it is the detail of starting with scallion oil, but the fried rice looks like nothing and tastes like something.
