Spicy mushroom pork jumulleok at Daeseong Jip, a Seongsu old-timer with a line

Self-paid. The blogger paid for this visit.

A crowded, old-school restaurant five minutes from Seongsu Station that claims to have invented beoseot jumulleok: spicy marinated pork stir-fried with mushrooms, cooked without a drop of water. No other branches.

여기서 너무 신기했던거는 물이 한방울도 안들어갔다는거

What amazed me was that not a single drop of water goes into it.
