A salt bread bakery in Seongsu you can spot by the huge salt bread sculpture out front. The original is thin and crisp outside, buttery and moist inside, and there are a dozen flavors from Paddington marmalade to truffle.

Go forA Seongsu bread stop worth the short line. It even reheats well the next day, so you can take some back to your room.
