Tamago sandwich and jazz in a tiny cafe by Gyeongbokgung Station

Self-paid. The blogger paid for this visit.

A small, jazz-filled cafe at the far end of the Sejong food street near Gyeongbokgung Station, with only a handful of seats. The tamago sandwich is made when you order, and the signature Vivalla coffee comes topped with silky cream.

거창한 행복이 아니라, 맛있는 타마고 샌드위치 하나와 향기로운 커피 한 잔, 거기에 좋은 음악까지.

Nothing grand. Just a good tamago sandwich, a fragrant coffee and some good music.

Is it for you?

Go forThe tamago sandwich is made to order, so it comes out warm: a thick, soft and moist egg layer in fluffy bread, mild rather than salty. The Vivalla coffee is espresso under a layer of silky cream, lightly sweet with a clean, nutty finish. The jazz playlist is a big part of the mood.
