A flower-filled second-floor cafe in Buam-dong with an open-air terrace, birdsong and a breeze. The campagne comes warm from the oven with marmalade and butter, and the tomato soup is the best the blogger has had.

  • From Gyeongbokgung Station Exit 3, take bus 7022, 7212 or 1020 to Buam-dong Community Center (부암동주민센터). Walking takes about 30 minutes uphill.
  • Doors open from 08:30 for coffee.
  • Sit on the open terrace in spring.
  • Walk down to Seochon afterward.
