Pure buckwheat noodles under hanok rafters near Gyeongbokgung

Hosted. The blogger visited as part of a review program. We still say who should skip it.

A buckwheat noodle house in Seochon, a short walk from Gyeongbokgung Palace, making makguksu with 100% buckwheat and no wheat flour. The 2nd floor has exposed hanok beams and windows looking over tiled roofs.

Is it for you?

Go forThe cold buckwheat noodles have a gentle, nutty flavor, and the clear broth is light enough to let it come through. The dumpling hot pot set for two is a good way to try several dishes at once: a mild dumpling and beef hot pot, boiled pork with yuja and chive salad, and spicy-filled buckwheat crepes.
