Neat, delicate bibimbap on the way up Namsan, a past Michelin pick

Self-paid. The blogger paid for this visit.

A bibimbap restaurant in a traditional-style building on the hill toward N Seoul Tower, listed in the Michelin Guide three years in a row. Come for a light, carefully made bowl, then walk back down through the colorful animation street to Myeongdong.

솔직히 3그릇은 먹어야 할듯한 저의 식욕

Honestly, my appetite needed about three bowls.

Is it for you?

Go forEvery topping is cut to the right size, even the young lettuce leaves, so the bowl looks neat and tastes delicate. The 1++ hanwoo yukhoe (seasoned raw beef) is nutty with a great chew. The table gochujang is less sweet and a bit sharp, and it blends well with the rice. The yeolmu (young radish) kimchi pairs perfectly. Big windows make it bright and open inside.
