Milky seolleongtang in a converted house, a Hundred-Year Shop in Jayang-dong

Self-paid. The blogger paid for this visit.

A long-running Korean restaurant in a converted house on a quiet residential lane, named a government-certified Hundred-Year Shop. The ox bone soup comes bubbling in a stone pot with noodles and beef, and an old-style pork cutlet in sauce makes a good side to share.

오랜 시간 푹 고아 낸 육수의 깊고 진한 맛이 정말 훌륭했습니다

The deep, rich broth, simmered for hours, was really excellent.
