A leafy hanok cafe in Ikseon-dong with two resident cats and a limited chewy bread

Self-paid. The blogger paid for this visit.

A roomy hanok cafe in the Ikseon-dong alleys with floor seating, lots of plants and two cats watching from above. Prices run high, but the yuzu drink and the limited chocolate bread are worth trying.

생크림까지 찍어 먹으니 달달함이 완전 폭발하더라고요

Dip it in the cream and the sweetness just explodes.

Is it for you?

Go forThe space is bigger than it looks, with low floor seating, a back room for groups and plants everywhere. The Seoul chewy bread (40 a day) is coated in chocolate with crunchy kataifi and cream inside, soft and chewy at once. The yuzu and cheonhyehyang orange crush comes topped with citrus ice cream and is sweet and tangy. The menu is wide, with hand drip, cold brew, decaf, bingsu, and organic, gluten-free and vegan options.
Skip ifYou want good value. Drinks run ₩7,500 to 8,000 and the bread is ₩11,000. The real strawberry latte tasted more like strawberry milk, so skip it if you expect fresh fruit flavor.
